about my work

My work is concerned with health, by which I don't mean the mere absence of disease, but the feeling of vitality within that gives energy and joy to life. Over time, this vitality tends to become obscured and our expectations for our health diminish. My work is concerned with freeing up that missing vitality. This site tells you a little bit about me and about some of the tools I use to work with people: craniosacral therapy and reflex touch therapy.

about spirals

From vast galaxies to tiny plants, from shells to whirlpools, spirals are found everywhere in nature.

In their form we see the interplay of two opposing forces, dynamically seeking balance around a centre.

As a healer, the spiral depicts the place where opposite meets. When opposites can be brought into balance, something happens.

The spiral is a symbol of and an inspiration for my life and work.
